I wanted 20ml vials for a reason and instead was sent 30ml vials. A lot of people would say I shouldn't complain since I got bigger vials than what I paid for. But with what I work on, I needed 20ml vials and getting the 30ml threw off all of my calculations and ended up costing me more in materials to correct the problem.
