May 04, 2010 · Update 5/24: So there are 8 P. stipticus grain jars going right now, 6 of which were PH lowered to around 3.5. 2 of them are just jars as I do regularly, so just a light coffee simmer, no coffee in the soak. So far the ph of the jars and their performance. is a little contradictory. The ph lowered jars were slower to take off, but grew fast.
The larger ones in the 0.22 micron caliber can get spendy. Use google to do a seach on "infusion filters". You can also convert any number of other filters to this use.
