All jars were knocked up on the same day, from the same multispore syringe. I realize this isn't an isolate, but the results are pretty clear. The jars with the standard polyfil/tyvek lids are much father along than the one with the rubber innoc port and Whatman filter.

So 98% of the time spawn jars should be ok regardless of RH, but in extremes like where I am at (an perhaps you too, although there could be a big difference between 0 and 10%, especially if you use a swamp cooler or something
Dec 09, 2017 · Bags can function and as minI frutliting chambers and do very well at maintaining a micro-climate. As far as inoculate, its relative to the volume of substrate yoyr inoculating. 2 quarts in a bag versus 3/4 quarts in a jar will require more inoculate to get the same rate of growth.
