Oct 14, 2020 · I know that when I take a filter thats even hydrophobic and use it to filter sterilize some liquid even if I wait a few weeks the filter won't let air thru. peat moss is hydrophobic but once you wet it, it becomes hydrophilic not sure thats a valid analogy. its sounds like if no one has an issue with the steam getting up into the filter, I'll just keep it on when pcing it. probably over
