Sep 10, 2018 · Polytetrafluorethylene (PTFE) membranes are naturally and permanently hydrophobic. They are ideal for filtering gases, including humidified air. The PTFE membranes have extreme chemical resistance. Make sure you get 0.2–0.22µm pore size as the larger 0.45µm will allow bacteria through.
