Jul 03, 2020 · Do your syringe filters come apart after pressure cooking? sometimes the rtv silicone pop or come off my metal lids. I didn't run a ton, but the bigger filter syringes stay stuck on lid with rtv but i prefer the small filters. If i'm running 8 lc lids through pc i usually get two syringe filters which don't seal.

1. Is the needle of a filter syringe enough to allow sufficient FAE in a LC? I have used a syringe but without the needle in the past.
