Syringe filters seemed to be the ideal solution at first - reliable, reusable and economical but the air exchange is inadequate for larger jars. [2022-02-09] Air exchange on these is amazing! Still very fluffy on the top, but this time the myc going down the side looks even thinner, almost like a film of milk, and very unhealthy.
