1. Is the needle of a filter syringe enough to allow sufficient FAE in a LC? I have used a syringe but without the needle in the past. I can not claim this is not dirty at this point, I pulled the jar out of storage, which was made some 4 years ago (but I will do a test maybe and see if there is any potential for agar work experiments). Aug 20, 2012 · Only clean these plastic lids with a very soft cloth, and detergent to prevent scratches that will harbor bacteria and such. If I get a really nasty, bad contam jar with a plastic lid, sometimes It's better to recycle it for another purpose. Like a lid for a jar of screws/nuts/bolts etc. lol. There are so many options for lids/holes.

Jun 02, 2021 · Jar lid: Poke a single hole through the lid of the jar. This will be how you suck the Karo into the syringe. Using your Table spoon, put one spoon full of Karo in to the empty jar. Now fill the jar up with the distilled water. Put your lid on the jar and tighten it down. Now tape the holes over using the electric tape.
