The liquid culture syringes will be sterile when you get them. Start by cleaning off the top of the jar lid with alcohol. Then, install the needle, and inject about 1 -2 CC of culture in each jar. If you want to be extra sterile, take a lighter and flame sterilize the tip between every injection.
