1. Is the needle of a filter syringe enough to allow sufficient FAE in a LC? I have used a syringe but without the needle in the past. I can not claim this is not dirty at this point, I pulled the jar out of storage, which was made some 4 years ago (but I will do a test maybe and see if there is any potential for agar work experiments).
